Baoilleach Distillery

The distillery is producing Irish Poití­n and Irish Gin. A batch consists of 200-250 bottles with several distillations needed per batch. We have started the production of barrelled spirits. Michael's distilling journey began as a hobby and his interest has grown into a passion for producing spirits for others to enjoy. Michael has developed unique Irish spirits in small batches which capture the spirit and nature of Donegal.
