Chris Ashmore is a licenced coach for an Austrian company that has developed a unique fitness, exercise and well-being tool for use by all ages. This is a unique product that is also very beneficial to people with mobility issues. I am holding classes in Donegal and am also licenced to sell the product. I am one of just a handful of people in Ireland who have done the accredited coaching course.
