Katriona Sweeney is a visual artist working between Donegal & Belfast.
She explores themes of nostalgia, and architecture, often inspired by childhood memories of growing up in Donegal. Her work is also influenced by remnants of the past, old shopfronts and signwriting and enjoys bringing these elements back to life and experimenting further with colour & layout to breathe new life into these designs and keep this heritage alive.
