api_fields_post_description => 'Back to the Showband Days — An Unforgettable Night of Country, Nostalgia & Showband Classics

Get ready to step back in time to the golden era of the Irish showbands as Back to the Showband Days comes to the Clanree Hotel, Letterkenny on Friday 29th January 2027.

This is one night with two great acts and one unforgettable celebration of the music that once filled dancehalls right across the country. The evening features a stellar line-up including The Ryan Turner Band, John McNicholl, Shawn Cuddy and Hugo Duncan — followed by the show everyone\'s been waiting for, The New Indians Showband.

The New Indians is a full live production show that brings the magic of the showband days roaring back to life. Enjoy all the timeless hits of The Indians Showband, along with beloved favourites from Dickie Rock, Red Hurley and Joe Dolan. Stepping into the legendary Big Chief role is country singer Chrissy Mac, performing as Big Chief Blazing Star and proudly carrying on the tradition and sound that thrilled audiences for so many years.

With great music, a touch of comedy and a whole lot of nostalgia, it\'s a night to remember for all ages — and one that\'ll be talked about for many a year to come.

One night. Two great acts. One unforgettable celebration of the golden days of the Irish showband!'
